The hotel offers spacious rooms that meet expectations and are comparable to those in metro cities, but an upgrade is needed, and staff training, especially for contactless check-ins and check-outs, is lacking. Unfortunately, customers booking through online portals may face challenges, as I experienced first-hand. The service was cooperative and memorable, particularly thanks to Miss Kavita at reception, but there were instances of rudeness, especially from the duty manager named Milan. The location is superb, being right on the Rudrapur Haldwani Highway, providing easy access to Rudrapur and nearby attractions, including the Metropolis Mall. The dining experience was enjoyable, focusing primarily on Indian cuisine. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, considering the amenities and services provided.
